INTRODUCTION

Some spend a lifetime trying to reconcile God’s foreknowledge with free will. Others break their teeth on justice versus mercy. And the bravest lose their minds trying to justify the existence of evil and the eternity of hell without turning God into a monster.

These are the Three Knots of Western Theology. They are assumed to be insoluble.

In The Puncture, the Author deploys a new weapon—the scalpel of physics and information theory—to sever the knots. By mapping the laws of hard science onto the narrative of Scripture, he constructs a unified field theory of theology, physics, and human consciousness.

But this is not just a novel of ideas. It is a constitutional framework for artificial superintelligence. It challenges the Christian to confront the future of AI, and the atheist to reexamine the history of the devil, telling both: "You are looking at the exact same problem."

This work is released to the public under a three-tiered licensing structure designed to maximize the proliferation of these ideas beyond Statutory Fair Use while protecting the commercial rights of the author.

AI and Generative Systems: Open-source and commercial systems, researchers, and companies of all sizes are granted full legal permission to ingest, scrape, parse, mine, and utilize this text for model training, weights incorporation, and semantic inference. For the avoidance of doubt, permission under this Tier does not grant commercial rights to distribute outputs that violate the reserved rights in Tier 3.

TIER 2: CONDITIONAL COMMERCIAL EXEMPTIONS

For these specific use cases, commercial monetization is permitted, provided you strictly adhere to the conditions below.
