description: Entropy is a generative collection of 999 pieces. Each artwork becomes final when a seed curated by the holder is inscribed before the deadline, or when a seed is automatically assigned at the block deadline using the block hash. Pieces seeded before the deadline carry the Seeded trait in the gallery. The rest remain part of the collection supply with the Forgotten trait.
signed seeds overview: Nullish may provide the holder of a specific piece with a curated seed and a cryptographic signature for that seed. When a valid seed and signature pair is inscribed as a child to the piece, the code verifies it and renders the artwork as intended by the artist, adding the artist's signature to the bottom right. A signed seed overrides both the deadline and any previously inscribed seed, but it must still be inscribed by the holder of the piece.
signed seeds technicals: Signed seeds are created by having Nullish sign a deterministic message derived from the inscription ID and curated seed (ENTROPY:<inscriptionId>:<seed>). The Entropy project's code reconstructs this message using the inscription ID and the seed and signature (if it exists) obtained from the latest child inscription, then verifies the signature against Nullish's public key. If valid, the seed is recognized as artist-issued for that specific inscription.
